How do I shop online?
Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Shopping Bag" button on the top right of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update bag" after all quantity adjustments have been made.
Can I see more pictures of pre-owned shoes?
We try to include as much accurate information for each product as possible, including all imperfections in an items condition. However, if you have further questions or would like to see more pictures of the condition of a pre-owned shoe, please contact Customer Service by filling out the form in the "Contact" tab or click here, so that we may be able to make that possible.
How do I checkout?
Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the "Checkout" button in your shopping cart. If you are unable to checkout and there is an error message above your shopping cart, that is because we do not currently ship the country which you have selected.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We only accept PayPal as it the safest and most secure way to make payments.
Please note, we do not accept PayPal eChecks. If a purchase is made using a PayPal eCheck the order will be canceled.
When will my order be shipped?
All regular orders (i.e. not pre-orders) ship within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays, pending availability and credit verification. If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification, we will contact you with a follow-up email.
All pre-orders are shipped within 3 business days of the release date if we purchase the item in store. If we purchase the item(s) via an online source, please allow up to 6 business days for your order to be shipped. In such a case, you will be notified of the extended shipment time. Please note that release dates are subject to change, which we do not have control over.
In the rare event that we are unable to secure your size, please allow extra time for us to fulfill your order. In this scenario, we will keep in close contact with you via email regarding our efforts to secure your pair and get it shipped out to you as soon as possible. Otherwise, in the unlikely situation in which we have not fulfilled your Pre-Order after 7 business days, you will be refunded immediately.
All items are shipped via USPS and include a tracking number. Once shipped, you may find your tracking number by logging into the PayPal account used during the checkout process. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking status to update.

How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully transmitted. Once shipped, you may check the PayPal account you used during the checkout process for a USPS tracking number. You will not receive a shipment confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking status to update.
What is the return policy?
All items are final sale, meaning that there will be no refunds nor exchanges. Exceptions will only be made in the unlikely event that there was an error on our part regarding product availability (i.e. selling an item while it was actually out of stock) or in the rare case that we were unable to secure a Pre-Order. Details regarding Pre-Order policies can be found on the "Terms and Conditions" page.
